Cloud compute pricing is based on the instance type, region, operating system, and pricing model you choose.
Monthly cost = Hourly price x Hours per month (default: 730 hours for 24/7 usage).
You can save significantly by committing to 1 or 3-year reserved pricing, or by using spot/preemptible instances for interruptible workloads.
